Konsthall C, Stockholm

Mai Zetterling was a brilliant Swedish film director who occupies a marginal position in film history. Her attack on the patriarchal order of modern society seems constantly relevant. That is why I wanted to confront the audience with their own reactions in the present context of Konsthall C. The five video projections show selected excerpts from her films. My prints consist of one-liners that suggest a different history, a false history of unquestionable success.
